Can Inspection checks for can damage, Ovality quality, FOD, pin holes, seal high speed tracking and rejection system. A combination of self-monitoring and reject verification ensures that every can which failed an inspection is subsequently removed from the line.

CanCode uses high performing algorithms to decode a number of pre-programmed variable codes- using OCR OCV insight to perform at high speed with capability of reading in any orientation.

Prevents poorly coded product entering the supply chain.
Provides quality checks to ensure all pre coded products entering the supply chain have readable and good quality codes. CodeCheck will highlight the presence of a 2D and human readable codes. It will also verify if the code is within the pre-set parameters of acceptance.

LabelCheck is a value added system which reads and recognises the label on the artwork- to add another level of security above the barcode reading. LabelCheck is a vision inspection system which verifies that the label is present, correctly aligned and is in the correct position- therefore maintaining brand quality.
